1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing iptv-reseller.uk or purchasing any reseller package from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IPTV Reseller UK.

2. Our Services

IPTV Reseller UK provides access to a credit-based IPTV reseller panel that allows approved resellers to create and manage IPTV subscriptions for their own customers. Our services include:

• Access to a web-based reseller management panel
• Credit-based subscription system for creating customer lines
• 24-hour free trial generation
• Custom-branded IPTV app and DNS
• Access to reseller support group
• Startup guide and one-to-one support via WhatsApp and Telegram

3. Reseller Responsibilities

As a reseller, you agree to:

• Use the reseller panel only for lawful purposes
• Not share your panel login credentials with unauthorised third parties
• Take full responsibility for the customers you onboard and the service you provide to them
• Not misrepresent our services or make false claims about uptime, content or features
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the resale of IPTV services
• Not use our platform to engage in fraud, abuse or any activity that damages our reputation or infrastructure

4. Credits & Payments

All reseller packages are sold on the basis of a credit system:

• 1 credit = 1 month subscription for 1 customer line
• 3 months = 3 credits, 6 months = 6 credits, 12 months = 12 credits
• 24-hour free trials = 0 credits
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Payment is required in full before panel access and credits are granted
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to active resellers

5. Refund Policy

Reseller packages include immediate access to a live panel and credits upon activation. Due to the nature of digital access products, we generally do not offer refunds once a package has been activated. If you experience a technical issue with your panel or believe there has been an error, please contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram and we will review your case fairly and in good faith.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and stable service with maximum uptime. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages or events beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any reseller account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, misuses the panel or damages our platform or reputation. In cases of serious breach, termination may occur without prior notice and without refund of unused credits.

8. Limitation of Liability

IPTV Reseller UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of customers or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your reseller package in the preceding 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on iptv-reseller.uk including text, graphics, logos and software is the property of IPTV Reseller UK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
